Does anyone else experience this issue? if so, what do you use for protection?

I also have Stress Incontinence. Mine is due to having kids. I also have a problem when playing volleyball and jumping on the trampoline and sometimes at kickboxing. I try to go to the bathroom right before I play any sport and I try not to drink coffee or too much fluid right before I do any sport. It does require some planning but it works for me. So I hydrate several hours before and right after any sport to avoid problems. Hope this helps. : )
