I just heard a statistic that 12 states now have a 30% obesity rate. We live in one of the twelve states. I worry about the impact of obesity on young children with respect to incontinence among many other things. Is anyone doing anything where you live to impact the obesity rate? I have seen a slight change in our kids school with healthy choice options at school like a salad bar. Although these healthy options are optional and not mandatory, ugh! And still many of the teachers at school provide candy bars still as rewards. Beyond that I have seen no other changes at all for kids and adults.
