Hi everybody. I know that it's hard to accept bladder issues and now a change on my style life. I'm so active on summer, I like to be physically active, for example rollerblading and long walking. Now that I need to wear pull ups or diapers instead of my regular active underwear I feel so sad and I don't realize to wear diapers, powder, creams and wiping baby tissues.
How to accept this while I recover from my bladder?.
