Cystoscopy

Hi I think this will be the next thing I will have to get done has anyone got one done reciently I would appreciate it if you could let me know what it was like.

I have had two of them done with botox injections they should put you to sleep and really does not hurt that much after wards but I urinated blood for a couple of days

Hi I got the cystoscope done,it was to check for bladder obstructions or anything else that might have been causing my incontinence,they used a rigid cystoscope which gives them the option to take a biopsy at the same time if required,it was done under general anaesthetic so it was painless,just slightly stinging passing water for the first time after it and you tend to pass a bit of blood too but this is normal after the procedure,don't worry if your getting it done its a common procedure I hope this is of some help to you let us know how you get on.
