35 mom from NYC. With severe urge incontinence

Hello I'm Jen a 35 yr old mom of 4 from the NYC area. For awhile now I have battled with urge inconinence but lately it has been getting worse. I will get the extreme urge to urinate out of nowhere and I don't have much time to react. I was always running to a ladies room and alot of times trying to discretely relieve myself in public. But now it's so bad I have had to resort to wearing diapers in certain situations like at work. I came to this site to find others with similar situations who could offer support and also to offer support to others as well. If anyone ever wants to reach out to me or needs someone to talk to.
