Attends briefs

I only have fecal incontinence so I don't need a super absorbent product but I do need one with good leg gatherers and the right fit to prevent any leaks. I favor the standard brief type over the pull-ups as they are easier to make fit snug and to change in a public restroom. I use both poly and cloth backed diapers and prefer the poly backed ones if I am buying a premium brand (because its thick and quiet) and prefer the cloth backed ones for the cheaper brand because the cheap poly backed ones are loud.
The most effective type of diaper I have found for fecal incontinence is the attends #8. They have large leg gatherers and aren't super thick. They stopped making them about 4 years ago and now only the really thick premium brands have good leg gatherers. Not a problem at night or under loose cloths, but a super thick diaper can be hard to hide at times. For everyday use I am using the Tranquility slimline cloth backed for daytime use right now. They provide good protection for the price but they arent as good as the ol' Attends number 8s.
