Adult pads and diapers are very effective in dealing with the incontinence.

Depends on the amount of leakage.
I find pull ups work well.
Sometimes I put a pad in them.
Pads in my underwear work well at times also.
If I have been dringing a lot of fluids I might put plastic pants over the pullups or padded underwear.
