What method or product do you recommend for prevention or relief once a diaper rash develops?

I have been using the 3 step barrier cream, lotion and spray to prevent from getting a diaper rash. When I am out, I will use desitin if I do have a diaper rash. That is about the only thing I can buy in the little town where I live.

I put corn starch in my diaper and find relief. Sometimes I use my child's diaper cream. It feels kind of funny changing my child's diaper while I am also wearing a diaper.
