Using Public Restrooms

What methods or planning do you use to make going out in public a safe and fun experience while using public bathrooms?

I always change first before I go out and if I know I am going to go out for a while I always bring a back pack with me and change supplies I will need. I will try and find a handicapped bathroom or a small secluded area to change I will wait for it to empty if its not already and I will go about changing and dispose of the wet diaper when I get home cause I will have a plastic bag with me and put the used one in it so it wont be so noticeable.
